Happy summer, everyone!

Thank you to all of you who sent me your thoughts on last month's feature article!  Many of you commented about how that article helped you made a big difference in how you approach your daily life more mindfully, so thanks for sharing your feedback.  If you missed that issue, you can find it in the archives:  June newsletter. Keep that great feedback coming --  I love your comments, questions, and success stories!

If you haven't visited the Goals InSight Coaching web site lately, I would encourage you to do so.  There is new coaching program information and also a new "products" page.  There will be an official public launch of my first product soon so I won't spoil that surprise, but know that some exciting announcements will happen soon!

Feature Article:  We're Halfway Through The Year -- Are Your Goals Half Complete?

Here we are, just past the halfway point of 2004.   Take a moment to think about your top 3 goals for this year -- are you at least halfway toward achieving those goals? 

If you are at least halfway toward achieving your desired goals, congratulations!!  How will you celebrate your success thus far?  Be sure to let me know, as I love hearing about your successes!

If you're not at least halfway toward achieving your desired goals this year, this is a great opportunity to pause and reflect on the following:
  • Are these goals truly goals that are meaningful to you, or do they feel more like "shoulds"?
  • What is your level of commitment to these goals?  (hint:  if it's less than 75%, chances are pretty high that you will not achieve them)
  • What is getting in the way of you achieving these goals?
  • What resource(s) do you need to ensure that you achieve these goals by the end of 2004? 

If you are really ready to make some progress on your goals over the next 3 months, be sure to check out the following resources:
