Bio - Cheryl Mann
MBA, PCC, CPCC, CTPC is the President and Founder of Goals InSight. In addition to being an executive coach, team development facilitator and change management consultant, Cheryl is also a national speaker as well as author of several audio CD and workbook programs.
Cheryl received her professional coaching training and certification (CPCC - Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) from the Coaches Training Institute) and is certified by the International Coach Federation a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
In addition, Cheryl is a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC) with advanced training in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching. In order to provide teams and organizations with assessment tools and proven methodology to measure their Productivity and Positivity effectiveness, Cheryl is an Authorized Diagnostic Facilitator for Team Coaching International (assessments include the Team Diagnostic™, Team Leader View™, Organization View™ and Team 360 View™). Additionally, Cheryl is certified in the VOICES 360 tool by Korn Ferry for those leaders who wish to receive 360 degree feedback from their key stakeholders on their strengths, weaknesses, development opportunities and impact on others.
Cheryl holds a MBA with emphasis in Health
Care Administration from Golden Gate University and a BA degree
in Health Services Administration with a Business minor from California State University, Chico.
Prior to launching Goals InSight in 2003, Cheryl had
16 years of "Corporate America" experience
which included executive client relationship management, information systems,
hospital and health plan experience, meeting facilitation and education/training at Kaiser Permanente, IDX Systems Corporation (now GE Healthcare), John Muir

In her free time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family, seeing life through the eyes of her very curious young son, spending time in nature and at beaches, and integrating mindfulness practices into her daily life.
