Cheryl Mann, MBA, PCC, CPCC, CTPC

As the President and Founder of Goals InSight, I am a certified executive coach, certified team performance coach and change management consultant, as well as a national speaker. I work with clients directly as well as collaborate with trusted business partners.

I began my career with 16 years of success in corporate America in various leadership as well as team member roles, which included executive client relationship management, information systems, hospital, and health plan experience, meeting facilitation and education/training.

Once I realized that I could pursue my passion of making a more significant impact for leaders and teams by working with clients as an external coach and consultant, I launched Goals InSight in 2003.

It is truly a joy to do work that I love every day and see the results that clients achieve through our journeys together.
